The Spencer Lofts are 100 unique lofts located at 60 Dudley Street in Chelsea. The building was constructed in 1910 as a warehouse/textile manufacturing facility. In 1918, Everlastik, Inc. began using the building as a factory. The building subsequently housed the Buster Brown Shoe Factory and was converted to lofts in 2004. Units range from about 600 square feet to 2,000 square feet.
