- Internet Exposure – Your home’s listing will be entered into the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and will be featured on all of the top real estate websites. Some of these sites include: realtor.com, boston.com, zillow.com, trulia.com, nemoves.com, Craigslist and sellnhouses.com

- E-mail and Social Media Marketing - Your home will be promoted through my e-mail marketing list of potential buyers and local real estate agents and will be marketed through popular social media sites like Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and YouTube.
- Video Marketing – The majority of homeowners would choose a real estate agent who uses video marketing, but only 0.8% of agents use video! Your home will be promoted with a unique video which will be advertised on YouTube and all social media sites.
- Print Marketing - While the majority of buyers learn about homes through the Internet, I will still advertise your home in the Sunday Boston Globe Open Houses section.
- Presenting your home – A lock box will be placed on the property to allow other agents access to show the property to their clients. Open houses will also be scheduled to bring “traffic” to your home.
- Showing Feedback – After each showing and open house, I will request feedback from the potential buyers. The feedback will be shared with you to help give you the best options for selling your home.
