		<description>Hi Jane!  I wouldn&#039;t be able to answer if Central A/C could be installed in this home.  An HVAC contractor would be better able to answer that question.  However, there is very likely a chance to have some sort of AC options.  This property does have a basement.   The wooded area next to the home belongs to the Town of Wellesley.
